This municipal department helps citizens and various organizations seeking information on services offered by the municipality as well as by the provincial and federal governments.

It can also refer citizens to various organizations which can respond to their needs and act as liaison.

• Senior citizen services: the gerontology clinic, foot-care clinic, Youth for Seniors program.
• Teen services: Teen Plus

Community Aid can also offer technical help with the completion of various forms and provide the required support in emergency situations.
