Following some unexpected delays in the renovation work at the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex, the start date of certain courses will have to be postponed while other courses will be temporarily relocated. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Starting on January 11, classes will be temporarily held at the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre in room S-023 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. until further notice.

Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex, Multipurpose Room

Group 1: Thursday, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
$57 for 12 classes*
January 11 to March 29

Intermediate

Teacher: Tina Heffernan

Improve your aerobic capacity and burn fat and calories. The Tabata protocol uses all kinds of body weight exercises (lunges, squats, pushups, etc.) in an interval fashion: all-out effort for 20 seconds with a 10-second recovery period. No choreography.

* All rates apply until January 3, after which time, 10% will be added.
