All levels

Based on the Joseph Pilates method, this class focuses on abdominal and back exercises. Aimed at improving posture, muscular strength, and flexibility through a series of slow and specific movements.

* All rates apply until June 20 (for the first summer session) and August 2 (for the second summer session), after which time, 10% will be added.
