For people age 65 and over

Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre, Salon B*

Group 1: Monday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Free for 12 weeks 
April 3 to June 26 (no class on May 20 and June 24)
* Classes on May 1 and June 19 will be held in Salon C, and the course on June 17 will take place in Room S-01

Registration deadline: Wednesday, March 27, at 3:30 p.m.

Teacher: Emilie Wong, B.Sc., Kinesiologist
In cooperation with the Montreal West Island IUHSSC

The Stand Up Program is a free 12-week falls prevention program for people age 65 and over. The program aims to improve balance, flexibility, and physical strength, and to help keep bones healthy and build confidence. It consists of group sessions led by a health and exercise professional (kinesiologist), two sessions per week.
