Teacher: Peter Bjorn

A 10-minute warm-up, 30 minutes of strength and tone, 5 minutes of balance, and 10 minutes of stretching. Weight training increases muscle strength, bone density, and stamina. Participants are encouraged to use appropriate weights and levels of exercise to challenge their individual fitness level. The aim is to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance so that you are able to enjoy and participate in your daily activities.

* All rates apply until September 5, after which time, 10% will be added.
