Aquatic Fitness - Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is a comprehensive water-based fitness program that incorporates light impact exercises and music to develop and improve your cardiovascular capacity and condition your muscles.


Aquatic Fitness - Aqua Jogging

This course takes place in the deep end of the pool, with music. It is designed for individuals who want to build their cardio without the strain of gravity on their body. Float belts and related equipment are provided for this class. This is a perfect class for beginners, as well as for more experienced participants.


Aquatic Fitness - Aqua Spinning

This course features fitness exercises on a bicycle specially designed for the water. The rhythm and intensity vary. It is an appropriate class for people in good physical condition.


Aquatic Fitness - Aqua Zumba

An aquatic fitness class with Latin music consisting of choreographed aerobic and strength training exercises. An effective workout that uses water as resistance and other exercise equipment while minimizing impact on joints. Held in the shallow end of the pool.


Aquatic Fitness - Gentle Aqua Fit

Gentle Aqua Fit is a comprehensive water-based fitness program for people age 55 and over that incorporates light impact exercises and music to develop and improve your cardiovascular capacity and condition your muscles.
