Second session: August 4 to September 7

Register now for non-aquatic fitness courses: all rates apply until June 20 for the first session and August 2 for the second session, after which time, 10% will be added. Listed costs are for Dorval residents. Extra fees will be added for non-residents.

Boot Camp Tabata

High-intensity circuit training. Exercise sequences to improve cardio, endurance, and muscle strength. Background music, but no choreography.


Cardio Combat

Developing cardio endurance with high and low combinations. Abdominal and stretching included in every workout.


Extreme Toning

Muscle-strengthening and endurance course to firm up, tone, and define your muscles. Handheld weights combined with other fitness equipment to challenge any fitness level.


International Line Dancing

Come and enjoy a fun afternoon of international line dancing. What better way to unwind while doing your body (and mind) good? Enjoy many styles of music and learn step-by-step choreography.


International Line Dancing Evenings by the Lake

These free line dancing evenings will take place on Fridays, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., from July 6 to September 7, at Pine Beach Park.


Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP)

During this introductory course, you will learn the basics of stability, how to handle the paddle and the board, turning techniques, and safety principles. The only prerequisite is to know how to swim.


Modern Line Dancing

Did you know that line dancing is the second most popular recreational activity in the world? It benefits not only the body but also the mind, which makes it unique and great for all ages.


Outdoor Essentrics

Come and try the Essentrics technique, which simultaneously combines dynamic stretching and muscle strengthening to improve overall strength and flexibility of the body. It develops thin, strong, and flexible muscles, resulting in an immediate posture improvement.


Outdoor Tai Chi

The Yang style of Tai Chi aims to improve your mental and physical health by the execution of a series of continuous gentle movements. It will increase your flexibility, strengthen your muscles, release tension spots, correct posture, improve circulation, and diminish stress.


Outdoor Yoga

Hatha yoga techniques with an emphasis on a combination of original yoga techniques, breathing, and relaxation. This energizing course will help reduce stress while improving strength, flexibility, and balance.


Outdoor Zumba

A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes, creating a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Features aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of slow and fast rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.


Pilates

Based on the Joseph Pilates method, this class focuses on abdominal and back exercises. Aimed at improving posture, muscular strength, and flexibility through a series of slow and specific movements.

Stretch, Strength, and Yoga

A workout to build muscular strength and flexibility, with lots of stabilization, yoga postures, stretching, and relaxation.

SUP Yoga is a good way to experience the benefits of toning, flexibility, relaxation, and breathing, while enjoying the lake and being in contact with nature. Keeping your balance on the paddle board is a challenge and a good way to workout your stabilizing muscles.


Total Body Workout
