Better Balance

For those who have taken a session of Stand Up and would like to continue to improve balance and strength through low-impact exercise.


Body Design

Total-body strengthening and toning exercises accompanied by music and with a variety of equipment.


Boot Camp

High-intensity circuit training. Exercise sequences to improve cardio, endurance, and muscle strength. Background music, but no choreography.


Boot Camp Tabata

Improve your aerobic capacity and burn fat and calories. The Tabata protocol uses all kinds of body weight exercises (lunges, squats, pushups, etc.) in an interval fashion: all-out effort for 20 seconds, with a 10-second recovery period. No choreography.


Butt and Thighs

Intensive workout to tone and define the lower body.


Cardio Combat

Intense workout with powerful music, combining authentic boxing, taekwondo, and karate into a group exercise environment. Everything to make you sweat!


Core Conditioning

This course will give you better control over balance, help you prevent falls, and allow you to better perform your everyday activities.


Energy and Strength

Reduced-impact aerobic exercises utilizing a variety of equipment (weights, balls, bands, etc.).


Essentrics

Come and try the Essentrics technique, which simultaneously combines dynamic stretching and muscle strengthening to improve overall strength and flexibility of the body. It develops thin, strong, and flexible muscles, resulting in an immediate posture improvement.


Extreme Toning

Muscle-strengthening and endurance course to firm up, tone, and define your muscles. Handheld weights combined with other fitness equipment to challenge any fitness level.


Family Zumba

This family Zumba class is a unique way to exercise with your young children and other family members who wish to combine movement with music.


In Shape for Me

An aerobic class for people who want to get back into shape or who have not exercised in a while. You are in for a surprise with this cardiovascular workout inspired by a variety of music: a pleasant atmosphere where exercise and fun go hand in hand.


International Line Dancing

Come and enjoy a fun afternoon of international line dancing. What better way to unwind while doing good for your body and mind? Enjoy many styles of music and learn step-by-step choreography. Now is your chance to try it for the first time. Join us for a great experience!


Lean Yoga

Perfect for beginners, this yoga session is specially designed to help you lose weight while still taking advantage of the energizing and relaxing benefits of yoga.


Martial Arts (age 9 and over)

Recreational program of initiation to martial arts (Taekwondo, Judo, and Jiu Jitsu) and improvement of techniques already acquired.

Based on the Joseph Pilates method, this class focuses on abdominal and back exercises. It is aimed at improving posture, muscular strength, and flexibility through a series of slow and specific movements.


Power Yoga

This course teaches Hatha yoga techniques with an emphasis on a combination of original yoga techniques, breathing, and relaxation. This energizing course will help reduce stress while improving strength, flexibility, and balance.

It is also based on the Ashtanga yoga techniques. A set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body.


Pre/Postnatal Yogalates

A combination of yoga and Pilates exercises conceived for mothers-to-be and for mothers accompanied by their babies.


Preschool Gymnastics

Fun course that allows children to integrate themselves into a group and develop their physical skills.


Preschool Yoga

Through yoga poses, children can strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, and develop good posture, coordination, and balance.

Total Abs and Arms

Short intensive workout to tone and define abdominal and arm muscles.
