2024 Spring Session

To facilitate your registration for leisure and culture activities, we invite you to do so online through our new platform!

Please make sure to read the guides below for an easy account creation and registration:

**IMPORTANT**
When prompted to link your former account to the new one, please make sure to enter your citizen card number omitting the first five digits and the last one.

A new procedure in line with Law 25 on the protection of personal information is now in place. Before we can proceed with registrations this session, we are required to ask for your consent to use your personal data for registration purposes. Please fill out the consent form that will appear on your screen if you use our online registration platform. If you prefer to register in person at the counter, we will ask you to sign the paper form on site.
Important: It will no longer be possible to register non-family members without their prior consent.
We invite you to use the online account or come to the counter before registration begins to facilitate the process.

Important notices

  • It is mandatory for residents and non-residents to have their citizen card prior to their registration for all city courses and activities. For more information on the citizen card and how to get it, click here.
  • Certain listed costs are for Dorval residents. Extra fees are to be expected for non-residents, when applicable.
  • The City of Dorval reserves the right to cancel a class due to low registration.
  • For certain classes, late registration will be possible as long as there is space available.  The cost for the session will be prorated for the remaining classes.
  • The City will contact the people on a waiting list in the event that a space becomes available.
  • Registration for the winter swimming lessons offered at the DASC must be done before the third class of the session, after which, it will no longer be possible to do so (not applicable to the aquatic fitness classes).

Refund policy

  • Only written requests, addressed to the Leisure and Culture Department, will be considered. A prorated reimbursement will be allocated before the fourth class. Administration fees of $11.50 will be withheld.
  • After the third class, no refund will be possible unless participants present a doctor’s note attesting to a medical condition explaining the reason for their absence.
  • Transfer of courses is possible in person, but only before the fourth class. The $11.50 fee will not be retained.

  • For any refunds or credit request, please allow four to six weeks for a check to be issued or a credit to be added to your account.
