The City of Dorval Approves Its 2018 Budget

The 2017 budget for the City of Dorval was adopted at a council meeting on December 20, 2017.

This balanced budget of $128,095,008 takes into account the economic situation, incompressible expenditures, and the contractual commitments of the City. It rests on the principles of sound fiscal management and on Dorval residents’ ability to pay.

As for taxation in 2018, the average home will benefit from a $73 decrease in its tax account, or about 2.5%, from last year.
