The history of summer sports in Dorval is a long one. Sailing, tennis and golf have all been practised here since the turn of the century. Swimming, baseball and soccer have also had their moments of glory. A fond look at our sports past and at our sports amateurs.

The Dorval Museum of Local History and Heritage, located at 1850 Lakeshore Drive in Dorval, is normally open from Thursday to Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
The entrance is free, and the Museum is accessible to all. Bus 209 brings you to the door.

Foxtrot, cha-cha, rumba, samba, tango, waltz… This summer the Dorval Social Dance Club will be holding their Wednesday night practice sessions at Pine Beach Park.

On July 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th as well as August 18th and 25th. The public is welcome to join in the fun at no charge. Follow along as the members practise what they learned during the year and discover that you too could enjoy dancing under the stars!

Destination jungle!

Join the Summer Reading Club and journey deep into the jungle to discover rare ecosystems. The program will be launched at the Library’s summer picnic on June 16. Come pick up a free Reading Kit with a poster, stickers and activity book.
