OUTDOOR EXERCISE STATIONS (NEW!)
Newly installed in Millennium Park are five ergonomically designed exercise stations for adults. The fitness stations located along the pedestrian path provide revitalizing fitness exercises in a beautiful outdoor setting. Two of them are dedicated for use by wheelchair- bound persons. Each station includes three separate exercises that emulate natural movement patterns, such as squatting, bending, and pulling. These exercises build total-body strength, flexibility, and balance. Three levels of intensity are offered, allowing for workouts at a personalized comfort level. Large images and text make the instructions easy to follow. We invite you all to visit and try the new exercise equipment.
