Friends of the Dorval Library need you!

Join the Friends of the Dorval Library and show your support to your library by participating in promotional events, by fundraising and by lending a hand as a volunteer. Friends will receive a periodic newsletter and will have the occasion to attend a variety of special activities. Individual membership ($10), First Citizen ($5), Family ($15). Membership forms are available at the library and on the Website.

Donations of documents

The library does not accept unsolicited document donations to add to its collection. If you are interested in giving away used books, may we suggest:

• Donating them for The Friends of the Dorval Library's annual Good as New Book Sale. Contact the Library to find out the drop-off dates for donations in April.
• Requesting the Library's list of community organizations that accept donations.

Other ways to support:

• The Friends of the Dorval Library welcome donations. Funds go towards supporting special library projects and activities and promoting culture and literacy in our community.
• Sponsor a subscription: Sponsor a magazine or a newspaper subscription from the Library collection.
• Honour with Books : Mark a special occasion, pay tribute to a loved one or offer an anniversary gift through the Honour with Books program.
