Our French and English comedy nights are back once again this year during the Winter Festival. Come warm up with a good dose of laughter. Bring your favourite drink and we will provide snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. This is an event not to be missed!

Wednesday, February 7 - French comedy show with:
FREE

Vincent C (magician and comedian) and stand-up comedian Beurguy as the opening act

Vincent C demonstrates that there are only tricks, no power or wand... He uses this art in his own way to entertain, disturb... Vincent takes great pleasure in deconstructing what we know about magic, in a crazy performance, unique in its kind where the only objective is to provoke laughter!

- Tickets available at the SDCC and the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (or by contacting jfhuppe@ville.dorval.qc.ca)
- Maximum 4 tickets per person
- Seats are limited. First come, first served.

Neil Janna 
Neil Janna is off the cuff and off the wall! He is a veteran of 14 Just for Laughs festivals and has performed for Prince Charles (now King) at the Prince's Trust in Manchester England. He has performed in skits with Jimmy Fallon, William Shatner, John Cleese, and Jason Alexander among many others. His mom says he's the funniest comic alive!

Amer Rez
Amer Rez, the Montreal-based comedian, draws inspiration from everyday struggles, dating, and his immigrant family. Recognized by the Montreal Gazette as a rising artist to watch in 2021, Amer has delighted audiences at the Access Asian Festival in 2023 and earned a spot in the 2020 Montreal Comedy Series' Best of the Fest. Together with his friend Gabriel Omassi, Amer co-hosts the hilarious podcast "It Was A Good Night". Brace yourself for Amer's irresistible charm and infectious humour that will leave you in stitches and wanting more.

Ted Bird 
Ted Bird has been a fixture on the Montreal media landscape for more than 35 years and is currently the morning show host on Lite 106.7 FM in Hudson. Ted has made numerous appearances in the world-renowned Just For Laughs Festival and won multiple RTNDA, CAB, and Crystal awards for excellence in broadcasting and writing. They’re in a closet or a trunk somewhere, but he really won them…

David Pryde 
David Pryde is a Montreal actor, writer, and stand-up comedian who has performed at the Just for Laughs Festival and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and has been featured on over 20 episodes of the hit radio show The Debaters on CBC. He currently resides with one wife, two kids, two cats, and a boatload of jokes that they've inspired.

Tickets go on sale on January 8 at the SDCC, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (cash only).
