* Throughout the session, participants who have never taken the Qi Gong course are invited to arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the class, in order to review the different concepts that will be presented in the class.

The practice of Qi Gong is an effective way to achieve this effortlessly through meditative movement and breathing. The movements and exercises, adapted to the abilities of each one while respecting their limits, will help your return to relaxation, greater vitality, and longevity.
