This class is designed to explore Hatha Yoga with a wheelchair or a static chair. The first few weeks will focus on how to use the chair to do basic yoga poses at the beginner level, based on foundational alignment principles and your physical needs. 

The second half of the session will be dedicated to deepening the asana practice in a classic yoga class formation, with the intention to transfer off the chair and onto the mat once (if transferring is not possible, the class will continue with both on-the-chair and mat options).
