Aqua Fit is a comprehensive water-based fitness program that incorporates light impact exercises and music to develop and improve your cardiovascular capacity and tone your muscles.
An aquatic fitness class with Latin music consisting of choreographed aerobic and strength training exercises. An effective workout that uses water as resistance and other exercise equipment while minimizing impact on joints. Held in the shallow end of the pool.
The Aquatherapy course offers a series of exercises performed in the pool and given by a health care professional. The goal of the exercises is to improve mobility, strengthen muscles, and reduce pain. This class is ideal for people experiencing pain in their lower back, hips, knees, or ankles.
This first aid course is a prerequisite for the National Lifeguard course.
