Policies
Confidentiality Policy and Data Protection Procedure
This Confidentiality Policy was adopted by the municipal council on November 20, 2023.
The Data Protection Procedure was adopted by the Privacy Policy Committee on November 10, 2023.
Hall Reservation Policy
Recreational buildings were designed as community activity centres and primarily serve the activities of the City of Dorval and several local associations recognized through an agreement with the City. Residents of the City have priority for reservations.
The Leisure and Culture Department is responsible for managing the facilities in accordance with the provisions of this policy, which repeals and replaces the version adopted on January 18, 2021.
2026-2036 Cultural Policy
The result of rigorous work, this document is rooted in an extensive public consultation process that engaged several hundred Dorval residents in 2025. It is also the outcome of the sustained commitment of a rich and diverse steering committee, whose vision and expertise helped shape the very foundations of this policy.
