Accountability report 

Sanctioned on February 21, 2024, the Act amending various legislative provisions concerning housing (in French only - 2024, chapter 2) grants municipalities temporary power to authorize housing projects of three or more dwellings in derogation of their urban planning by-laws.

Each municipality must produce an accountability report for each calendar year during which it grants one or more authorizations under this power. To consult the reports of the City of Dorval, click on the years below (in French only):
