Community Aid has been serving Dorval since 1977. Its core mission remains to inform, support, and guide citizens facing various social challenges.

Firmly rooted in the Dorval community, Community Aid actively contributes to the well-being and quality of life of residents through a range of confidential, accessible, and personalized services.

Citizen Journey

Community Aid supports Dorval residents through different stages of life by offering services tailored to their needs:

  • Psychosocial support and disaster relief
    Listening, guidance, and referrals for individuals experiencing personal or family difficulties and emergency aid and support for individuals affected by disasters (fire, flood, etc.).
  • Financial support
    One-time or temporary assistance to help individuals facing economic hardship.
  • Prevention – First Citizens
    Prevention and awareness services aimed at seniors to promote their safety, autonomy, and well-being.
