The City of Dorval issues, from time to time, calls for tenders for the supply of goods and services. These calls for tenders can be consulted on-line in the list below. Please note that all calls for tenders are published only in French.
All interested tenderers must obtain the call for tender documents on the SEAO website.
In accordance with the provisions of the Cities and Towns Act, a contractual management by-law with regard to all contracts that incur an expense for the City was adopted on March 21, 2022.

The 2024 semi-annual Report on the Contract Management of the City for the period of January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, was tabled at the Council meeting held on October 21, 2024.
The 2024 semi-annual Report on the Contract Management of the City for the period of January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, was tabled at the Council meeting held on October 21, 2024, in compliance with section 573.3.1.2 of the Cities and Towns Act, as well as section 42 of the Contract Management by-law RCM-89-2022 adopted by the City on March 21, 2022.
The City has a supplier performance evaluation policy, which allows it to exclude, for a two-year period, any tender made by a supplier who has received a poor performance evaluation withing the framework of a contract.
In compliance with the provisions of the Cities and Towns Act, the City of Dorval adopted a procedure for the receipt and examination of complaints made by a supplier in connection with the awarding of a contract. This procedure applies to contracts that are the subject of a public call for tenders or are awarded by mutual agreement with a sole supplier and that incur an expenditure equal to or greater than the minimum threshold for public calls for tenders.
