These are one-on-one classes pairing a person with a disability with an experienced swim instructor.

Diving lessons offered in the 25-metre pool to youths ages 8 to 16.


Swimming Lessons - Parent and Tot 1 (5 to 17 months)

This course is a half-hour of fun-filled learning experiences for parents with children ages 5 to 17 months. Parents and children learn how to be comfortable in the water through play, with the guidance of an instructor.


Swimming Lessons - Parent and Tot 2 (18 to 36 months)

This course is a half-hour of fun-filled learning experiences for parents with children ages 18 to 36 months. Parents and children learn how to be comfortable in the water through play, with the guidance of an instructor.


Swimming Lessons - Private

This one-on-one course is for people age 15 and under who wish to improve their swimming skills. Every course is personalized according to the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of each swimmer, and lesson plans are adapted to foster progress and results.

Synchronized swimming lessons offered in the 25-metre pool to youths ages 8 to 16.


Swimming Lessons - Water Polo

Must be comfortable in the deep end of the 25-metre pool and able to swim 50 metres of free style and backstroke.

Minimum age suggested: 3 years

Course’s program:

  • Jump from the side with a bubble on, unassisted
  • Forward swimming for 12 metres with a bubble on, arms with directional control
  • Blow bubbles while swimming with a bubble on
  • Swim for 2 metres unassisted, face in the water
  • Back float with head support

Swimming Lessons (2) - Yellow

Course’s program:

  • Jump in, unassisted
  • Demonstrate a front and back glide
  • Swim for 12 metres unassisted, no bubble, face in water
  • Front and back float unassisted (5 seconds)

Swimming Lessons (3) - Green

Course’s program:

  • Push off the wall, streamline with kick for 6 metres
  • Swim front crawl for 12 metres
  • Endurance swim for 24 metres continuously
  • Backstroke kick for 12 metres
  • Rolling floats (front to back, back to front)
  • Retrieve an item from the bottom of the pool
