On the grounds of the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre

(1945 Parkfield Avenue)

Yves Tremblay, an aerial photographer of Innu origin who has received numerous international awards for the quality of his work, has been roaming the skies of Quebec for 20 years.


iNaturalist City Nature Challenge

From April 26 to 29

Calling all nature lovers! From April 26 to 29, the City of Dorval will participate in a global "bioblitz" event called the City Nature Challenge.

The City of Dorval will once again hold its popular Community Treasure Hunt.


First Citizens Civic Reception

Friday, May 10, at noon
At the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre (SDCC)

(1335 chemin du Bord-du-Lac—Lakeshore)

Mayor Marc Doret and members of City council will honour Dorval First Citizens with a light lunch and a special afternoon with friends. 


Exhibition by the Graduating Students of École secondaire Dorval-Jean-XXIII

May 10 to 19
At the Peter B. Yeomans Cultural Centre

(1401 chemin du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore)

The graduating students of École secondaire Dorval-Jean-XXIII will present how they have used art and artistic creation to reflect on the world around them.


World Migratory Bird Day

May 11

Several free bird-related activities will be offered throughout the day to anyone who enjoys anything and everything about our feathery friends!

In the chapel of the « Quatre Vents » residence (12 Dahlia Avenue, in Dorval)

A council meeting is a time when city council can make legally valid decisions, in the form of resolutions and by-laws.

Thursday, May 16, at 7:15 p.m.
At the Edgar Rouleau Arena
(1450 Dawson Avenue)

The 2024 summer programming at our aquatic centres will be presented and you will have the opportunity to meet the supervisors of the Surrey and Walters aquatic centres.
