La rumba des fleurs is a flamenco dance performance designed for outdoor spaces, a natural fit for summer programs, taking place in the heart of gardens, squares, and gathering places.
Dalia and Camélia, like two dancing flowers, twirl, cross paths, and respond to one another, cultivating rhythm and scattering steps according to their whims. The movement of their flowing gowns, the interplay with the elements, and the musicality of flamenco combine to create a vibrant and colourful visual world, where dance engages in a dialogue with nature.
Throughout the performance, flamenco unfolds in a playful and theatrical form, enriched by the connection with the audience. Humour and poetry become bridges, making this expressive and powerful dance accessible to all. Celebrating the garden as a living space, La rumba des fleurs expresses vitality, encounter, and the joy of sharing. A festive and sensitive moment where flamenco flourishes freely in the public space.

In the event of poor weather or extreme heat, the show will be presented at the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre.
