Dorval Mayor Elected as Second Vice-President of the FCM

During the most recent Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ (FCM) Annual Conference, held from June 4 to 7, the Mayor of the City of Dorval, Marc Doret, was elected as Second Vice-President by the members of the organization.
This is significant news for the City, as having a presence within this organization—composed of Canadian municipal leaders—gives Dorval a prominent voice.
In the current context, the pressures on Canadian communities are complex and tough to tackle. But the FCM’s 2026-2027 Table Officers are up for the challenge!
