Spring Flooding: The City of Dorval Is Monitoring the Situation

In anticipation of spring flooding, the City of Dorval wishes to reassure its residents. Its teams are closely monitoring the situation and carrying out regular patrols in all at-risk areas to stay informed of any changes related to water levels.

Water levels are currently slightly elevated, and warmer temperatures expected over the coming days may call for increased vigilance.

Sandbags are also available, free of charge, for residents who may need some, at the following locations:

  • Intersection of Roy and Lepage avenues
  • Ducharme Avenue (near St-Charles Avenue)
  • At the ferry to Île-Dorval (at the end of Dorval Avenue)
  • Public Works (550 Bouchard Avenue)

If your residence is affected by spring flooding, it is recommended that you first contact emergency services (911). Helpful tips are also available on the Urgence Québec website.
