Fête Nationale

Noon to 10:30 p.m. At Millennium Park All

The Fête Nationale like never before!

Get ready for an unbelievably fun day with unforgettable performances: a tribute to our childhood idols, an impressive number by Studio de danse Impérium, Quebec classics revisited by L’Arsenal, and a vibrant tribute to the Cowboys Fringants by Break Syndical.

Furthermore, enjoy inflatable games, a dog show, roaming entertainment, food trucks, and offerings from local restaurants and associations.

Finally, to end the evening in style, come admire our breathtaking fireworks display!

Detailed schedule:

  • Noon to 6 p.m.: Outdoor activities, roaming entertainment, inflatable games, face painting, a small train, a photo booth, and more…
  • 2 p.m.: Dog show with Alexandra Côté (participant at Canada’s Got Talent)
  • 3 p.m.: Tribute to our childhood idols (60s and 70s)
  • 4:15 p.m. and 6 p.m.: Singer Serge Lachapelle
  • 5:30 p.m.: Demonstration by Studio de danse Imperium
  • 7 p.m.: Quebec classics revisited by L’Arsenal
  • 8:30 p.m.: Official ceremony
  • 8:45 p.m.: Break Syndical (tribute to Les Cowboys Fringants)
  • 10:15 p.m.: Spectacular fireworks

Character Experience

Meet, greet, and take a picture with some of your favourite cartoon characters!

  • 2 p.m. to 2:40 p.m.: Chase (Paw Patrol)
  • 3:25 p.m. to 4:05 p.m.: Woody (Toy Story)
  • 4:50 p.m. to 5:40 p.m.: Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story)

Special Activity at the Dorval Museum of Local History and Heritage

On June 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Dorval Museum is open and full of surprises! Explore, find our 10 hidden objects, and take home a frozen treat or a chance to win tickets to our tea at the museum!

Free Shuttle Service

In order to facilitate access to Millennium Park, the City of Dorval will be providing a free shuttle service to citizens. This year, more shuttle stops have been added to better serve the population.

The shuttles’ stop points will be the following:

NORTH SIDE:

  • Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre (1945 Parkfield Avenue)
  • Westwood Sports Centre (750 Thorncrest Avenue)
  • Ballantyne Aquatic Centre (520 Bouchard Bouchard)
  • Millennium Park (corner of Keller Circle and Sévigny Avenue)

SOUTH SIDE:

  • Courtland Park (corner of Stream and Carson avenues)
  • Parking lot at Walters Park (corner of Dawson Avenue and Pine Beach Boulevard)
  • Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex (1295 Dawson Avenue)
  • Garden Crescent (corner of Garden Crescent and Dawson Avenue)
  • Millennium Park (corner of Keller Circle and Sévigny Avenue)

Map for the south-side shuttles

From noon to the end of the event, shuttles will stop at these locations approximately every 45 minutes. They will also run this circuit on a regular basis to allow attendees wishing to leave the event to return to their initial stop point.
