The City of Dorval has commissioned a historical expertise and heritage study on the Quatre-Vents residence, located at 12 Dahlia Avenue. This beautiful building, constructed in 1803, has a rich history with significant expansions and renovations over the years. Located near the St. Lawrence River and the historic chemin du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore, this residence has undergone notable changes, including renovations by Josh Charles Asch and the addition of a chapel in 1960.
This study focuses on analyzing the annex added in 1965 to determine its heritage value.
