Québec Postpones the Implementation of the New Residential Pool Regulations

The City of Dorval recently took note of the Government of Québec's announcement granting at least a one-year reprieve to residential pool owners to adjust, among other things, their fences and latches that provide access to their private pools.

Rest assured that we will closely follow the Ministry’s directives regarding the new effective date of this regulation and will keep you informed through our various platforms.
