The City of Dorval Tables the Highlights Regarding the Financial Report for 2024

At the June 16 council meeting, Mayor Marc Doret tabled the highlights of the City of Dorval’s financial report and the external auditor’s report for the year ended December 31, 2024.

''Without taking into account the operations of organizations that it controls, the City posted an operating surplus for tax purposes of $7.1M for 2024, an increase of $1.2M over 2023. This great result shows just how the City was able to properly manage its finances over the past year. Such fiscal discipline allows us to deal with unforeseen circumstances and avoid budget deficits.''
