Roadwork on Herron Road

Interventions on the sewer system, the replacement of a fire hydrant, roadway rehabilitation, and repairs to certain sections of the sidewalk will be carried out on Herron Road, between Oakville and Elmridge avenues, from June 23 to September 18, 2026, according to the following phases:
June 23 to July 10
Temporary traffic disruptions
July 13 to 17
Work on Pine Beach Boulevard, at the intersection of Herron Road
September 2 to October 30
The work originally scheduled to take place on Herron Road from July 16 to September 18 could not begin as planned. The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) strike delayed the processing of the authorization required to close Exit 54 from Highway 20 toward Pine Beach Boulevard. The authorization has now been approved. The work will therefore take place from September 2 to October 30.
During that period, there will be a full closure of Herron Road, between Oakville and Elmridge avenues (access maintained for residents only)
