Community Food and Essentials Drive

The need for food assistance and essential items continues to grow across the metropolitan region. To help support local families, the City of Dorval is launching a community food and hygiene drive in several municipal buildings.
One simple donation can brighten an entire winter.
Collection locations
Collection bins will be installed at the following locations starting mid-January (exact dates to be confirmed):
• Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex
• Edgar Rouleau Arena
• Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre
• Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre
A special collection will also take place during the Dorval Holiday Market, allowing visitors to contribute during this signature seasonal event.
Accepted items
• Dry or canned food (rice, pasta, legumes, soups, sauces, etc.)
• Hygiene products (soap, sanitary products, etc.)
• Unexpired and unopened items only
Alcohol and perishable items are not accepted.
