Herron Road Resurfacing Work, between Oakville and Elmridge Avenues

The City of Dorval will carry out work on Herron Road from June 23 to September 18, 2026.
The work includes, among other things, interventions on the sewer system, the replacement of a fire hydrant, roadway rehabilitation, and repairs to certain sections of the sidewalk.
Temporary traffic disruptions will be in place from June 23 to July 10. An intervention is also planned on Pine Beach Boulevard, at the intersection of Herron Road, from July 13 to 17.
Complete Closure
A complete closure of Herron Road will be required from July 16 to September 18, with access maintained for residents only.
Be advised that emergency services will not, however, be interrupted at any time.
The Engineering Department will supervise the work and ensure the quality of its execution.
Water service interruption notices will also be issued to affected residents at a later date for the replacement of the fire hydrant, in order to confirm the dates, interruption hours, and any other relevant information.
We are aware of inconveniences that projects of this nature may cause. Please rest assured that we will do our utmost to minimize their impact and to ensure that the work is carried out in a timely fashion.
