This course offers both the Silver and Gold levels.

Course’s program:

• Front crawl for 100 metres
• Back crawl for 75 metres
• Backstroke for 75 metres
• Breaststroke for 100 metres
• Butterfly for 50 metres
• Introduction to flip turns

At the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex

June 18 to August 11 (8 weeks)

• Sunday courses: June 23 to August 11 
• Tuesday courses: June 18 to August 6

Group 1: Sunday, 11:40 a.m. to 12:25 p.m.
Group 2: Tuesday, 7:15 p.m. to 8 p.m.
